Implement the Tridharma activities to produce qualified graduates with a global perspective in the fields of education and technology, who are capable of competing at the Southeast Asia level.<br><br>2. Develop an academic atmosphere and research culture to advance applied sciences and knowledge, thereby producing innovations and solutions for addressing challenges in education and technology<br><br>3. Provide active contributions and roles in developing high-quality and sustainable innovations in applied sciences and knowledge to empower and enhance community welfare<br><br>4. Establish collaborations with stakeholders in government and industry at local, national, and international levels<br><br>5. Implement faculty governance characterized by flexibility, capability, and innovation in addressing global demands<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong>OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>1. Produce competent graduates who can conduct innovative research in applied sciences to address challenges in education and technology<br><br>3. Produce graduates who can actively contribute to high-quality and sustainable applied sciences for community empowerment and welfare<br><br>4. Enhance partnerships with government, private sector, and graduate users<br><br>5. Enhance faculty governance with competitiveness to meet global demands<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><strong>STRATEGY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess a very clear and highly realistic Vision, Mission, Goals, and Targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disseminate the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Targets to alumni and service users at the national level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish a healthy, dynamic, and responsive organizational structure and system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve international certification for academic and financial administration systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement a comprehensive and regularly updated database system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realize effective organizational, operational, and public leadership at FITS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the percentage of new student admissions through selection pathways each year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Base new student admissions through PMDK pathways on academic achievements from secondary education, rather than solely economic capability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously develop adaptable facilities for students' soft skills and hard skills to meet stakeholder needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance, counseling, and health facilities for students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the number of scholarships for high-achieving and underprivileged students annually<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistently and consequentially fulfill competency-based learning processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish a knowledge management and ICT-based database system with professional management, enabling effective and efficient communication networks among study programs, alumni, and other stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster various collaborations with alumni in the fields of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employ faculty human resources with excellent performance, high dedication, and loyalty to the institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employ educational support staff with high competence, skills, and loyalty to the institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain sufficient numbers of faculty and educational support staff in accordance with established standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement a KKNI-based curriculum that produces highly competitive graduates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide efficient and effective learning resources and tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a conducive academic atmosphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The optimal use of educational facilities and infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The increase in the acquisition of patents, scientific publications, and book writings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The availability of textbooks for the majority of existing courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The faculty has planned allocation and management of funds in proportion to the budget income of each unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational funds for education, research, and community service activities that meet established standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The availability of facilities, rooms, and infrastructure for education, research, and community service activities in accordance with standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The improvement of student achievements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The increase in quantity and quality of learning infrastructure (including library materials and learning facilities) and research infrastructure in accordance with applicable standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The increase in quantity and quality of laboratory facilities and infrastructure for both learning and research purposes, meeting various established standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The enhancement of operational funds for the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure for education, research, and community service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The continuous improvement of information systems and e-learning facilities to support education, research, and community service needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The production of high productivity and quality in faculty research outputs, community service, collaborations, and student involvement in these activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery of community service activities by faculty and students that benefit stakeholders through collaborations, works, research, and utilization of expertise or products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The achievement of an effective amount and quality of collaborations that support the mission of the study program and institution, with a positive impact on program implementation and development.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VISI Menjadi Fakultas yang bermutu dan berdaya saing dalam Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan, Penelitian dan Pengabdian dalam Bidang Kependidikan dan Teknologi di Asia Tenggara pada Tahun 2042.
